NHB is comprised of a group of highly experienced, creative Real Estate professionals with over 40 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Development, Home Building, Real Estate Brokerage, and Commercial Real Estate.
In 2008, New Home Brokers, Ltd. was established by Carl M. Russell, Jr. as the First Principal Broker and General Partner. Its creation single-handedly and forever changed the Real Estate market to benefit Home Builders in the Lubbock, Texas area.
Jentry McMinn, Realtor®
Jentry has been a part of NHB since 2008 and has had the opportunity during her career to learn from Lubbock’s top Development and Real Estate experts. She knows the industry and market well, and her sales record reflects her working knowledge of the industry.
Jentry is a member of the Lubbock Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and a member of the West Texas Home Builder’s Association under NHB.
Jentry is a Lubbock native. She and her husband Stacy of 17 years share two daughters, Lexis and Lilly.

Cassie Mitchell, Broker, Realtor®
Cassie joined NHB as a real estate assistant in 2016 and has worked her way up to be one of Lubbock’s best-selling Realtors. Working as an assistant prior to being an agent gave her a significant advantage in knowing what it takes to sell or buy a home behind the scenes.
Cassie is a Lubbock native and was recognized as KCBD’s Best of the West 2019.
She is a member of the Lubbock Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and a member of the West Texas Home Builder’s Association under NHB.

Stewart Saenz, Realtor®
Stewart joined NHB in 2017 and specializes in investment properties as well as existing home purchases and sales. Stewart knows the market well and works hard to ensure the satisfaction of his clients.

Ashley Russell-Dometrius, Realtor®
Ashley joined NHB in 2019. She has been involved with Real Estate her entire life and knows the industry well. She has done assistant work involving Real Estate development, commercial projects, and residential projects for over 20 years for her father, Carl M. Russell, Jr. and specializes in new homes, existing homes and investment properties.
She is a graduate of Texas Christian University, Lubbock Christian University and Duke University and also works as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Ashley is a Lubbock native and is a member of the Lubbock Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Carl M. Russell, Broker, Realtor®
Carl serves as the First Principal Broker and General Partner of NHB. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and has been a member of the Lubbock Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors for over 40 years.
He is a current member of the West Texas Home Builder’s Association under two memberships and has served as Parade Chairman, as a member of the Board of Directors, as Secretary/Treasurer, as Vice President and has also served as President of WTHBA in 2010.
Carl also served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Builders in 2010. He is past President and a current Board Member for the Lubbock Housing Finance Corporation.
He is an active Real Estate Developer in both residential and commercial projects, General Commercial Contractor, retired Home Builder, Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Broker.
